Terms of Service
COMMUNICATION : All communication related to commissions must be made through email, Discord DM, or Twitter DM. Please refrain from sending commission-related messages through more than one platform.RIG ART: You must have your complete artwork and PSD files ready. I can make edits for rigging myself, provide instructions to your artist, or prepare layers from a flat PNG art (charges apply and can be discussed).TURNOVER TIME : Please expect the rig to take from 2 weeks - 1 month. If you like to see the process please head on over to my Twitch Channel as I will stream most if not the whole process. If you would like an express commission (<2 weeks) I will charge 1.5x the total.QUEUE/SLOTS : Rigging coms is not first come first serve, please see the Trello for the current queue. I reserve the right to decline a request if slots are full / I cannot meet the client’s requestSTREAMING : I have the right to stream the commission's process on Twitch. However, if you don't want or are not comfortable with the commission being streamed, please inform me beforehand.MODEL UPGRADES Future upgrades of my own work are possible based on my availability. However, I will NOT do model upgrades/re-rigging of other party's works unless given clear and willing permission from said party. Likewise, models I rig are not permitted to be edited or updated by other modelers unless discussed.FILES PROVIDED : Runtime files for face-tracking software. No cmos source file will be provided.TESTING/REVISIONS : Minor revisions to model can be requested after delivery (tweaking physics, etc) as there will be minor errors that will be easier for fresh eyes to catch. 3 minor fixes will be included in base price.

Payment and Copyright
PROCESS: Confirm details and price -> Receive your invoice -> Pay your deposit -> Provide feedback at WIP checkpoints -> Pay in full -> Receive your files.PAYMENT: Through PayPal Invoice in US Dollars ($).PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Usually 50% deposit upfront and the rest after the commission is complete, Full payment upfront is fine too.PRICES: Only base prices are listed on the website; additional fees may apply for complex designs and/or requests from the client sideCANCELLATION: I reserve the right to cancel a commission if payment has not been made within a reasonable period, or if I am unable to deliver. Partial refunds are available in these cases, as well as if you decide to withdraw the commission midway. The amount refunded depends on the progress made, subject to my full discretion. You may not request a refund for any reason at all once the final files have been provided.COMMERCIAL USE: Pricing is for individual commercial use as indirect promotional profit: you may not sell, redistribute, claim credit, or use the work directly as profit.COPYRIGHT: The copyright to the rig belongs to NightKorioPOSTING: I reserve all rights to post the work on public sites. Please let me know if you do not want WIPs or the final commission posted on my social media platforms before a certain date.CREDITING: Proper credits must be provided wherever it is used, e.g. Twitter bio, YouTube/Twitch description.
